October 19. An agreement on principles of international relations and principles of trade-economic relations between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan for 1992 was signed. 

December 7. An agreement on principles of international relations and principles of trade-economic relations between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan for 1992 was signed.

December 16-19.  President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov visited Turkey on an official visit. 

December 26. An agreement on cooperation with Turkey in culture, science, education, health, sports and toursim, and a protocol on exchanges for 1992-93 in culture, education and science were signed.
